Step 2: Complete the Training (If Selected)
If you choose a training option, you’ll complete FoodSafePal’s comprehensive, self-paced online food manager course.
After finishing the course and passing the full-length mock exam at the end, you’ll receive a food manager training certificate of completion valid for five years.
It’s important to note that this certificate of completion is not the same as food manager certification. Certification is earned only after passing the accredited exam.
Step 3: Take the Accredited Exam
When you’re ready, you can take the exam online from most quiet, private locations without interruptions.
The exam is administered using live online proctoring. It is closed-book, meaning:
