Great course
Very easy to sign up, easy to follow!! And getting documentation of your course was great. My only thing would be to get a review of my test after to see and understand what I got wrong. I passed but that would be great.

Thanks for the great review, Quentin! We’re really glad everything was easy to follow. A lot of people wish they could see which questions they missed, and we certainly get it, but accredited exams don’t allow that because it could impact test security. Congratulations on passing!
Understandable enough for an 11 year old to complete
My daughter runs a baking business and according to Texas Cottage Laws needs a food handlers permit. She finished the videos in two days and passed the test the first time.
I will be getting mine as soon as possible also using the same program. I watched with her as she got her’s and learned A LOT.

Life-long learning
I spent many of my young adult years in the food industry, but that was a long tine ago. Food safety hasn’t changed, but now that I’m running my own home based cottage food business, this state-approved course and certification was an easy way to brush up on safety principles I haven’t studied in two decades. I even learned a couple thing I never knew! All of it was useful, even what doesn’t directly apply to my home business, so I didn’t feel like I wasted my time or money. I also know my customers will appreciate knowing I took this voluntary step to ensure their health is a priority.

Hassle Free and To the Point
This training and certification really is hassle-free, fast, and easy. It also is very convenient, legit, and to the point and that it is accepted in my state is the BEST point of it all. The only thing that I did not like nor appreciate is that a few of the questions were not mentioned within the video training. I know I took explicit notes and even watched the training 2x prior to the test, and still – there were a few questions that were never spoken about. Kinda disappointing – because I KNOW I would have scored higher. But it is what it is – all in all an awesome training and certification that is accepted in my state.
