For a required training, I really didn’t mind it at all. The art style was entertaining, and the script was informative without being repetitive. The quizzes required that you pay attention to details, and thus actually helped with retention.
I’m a dishwasher not a cook or waitress
The test was fine, I learned some things I’ll never use being a dishwasher. Not sure why a dishwasher has to know food temps and holding temps when the dishwasher washes dishes and never cooks. I had to pass the test to keep my job, Lame. There needs to be something changed with these laws. The test was fine

Very informative
I think this course was great, very informative and easy to understand. I would allow for more time then expected. I had to pause the video quite often to takes notes on temperatures and times, and steps in processes.

FoodSafePal was a great experience.
The FoodSafePal program was easy to understand and follow. The “90 minutes” to complete the class was not accurate. It took me about 2.5 hours, but then I take lots of notes. I learned a significant amount about food safety that I never even thought about. From thawing, hot foods, cold foods, to pathogens and bacteria. Pests an rodents. There is way more that I thought would be included. I recommend this course. Just be prepared to spend more than 90 minutes.

Great Experience
I’m glad I took the course. It was easy to follow & I could go back to review. The knowledge I gained will help a lot. The price was great. The only thing I wasn’t able to do was get a hard copy of my certificate. I couldn’t locate that option again once the course was over. The cost wasn’t the issue. There was nothing to click on or to pay. I’m still seeking this now.

I thought that the training was very thorough and easy to understand. Its focus was specific and targeted. It was extremely helpful but a little lengthy.
