This training and certification really is hassle-free, fast, and easy. It also is very convenient, legit, and to the point and that it is accepted in my state is the BEST point of it all. The only thing that I did not like nor appreciate is that a few of the questions were not mentioned within the video training. I know I took explicit notes and even watched the training 2x prior to the test, and still – there were a few questions that were never spoken about. Kinda disappointing – because I KNOW I would have scored higher. But it is what it is – all in all an awesome training and certification that is accepted in my state.

Very informative
It was very informative however since more people are beginning to prepare food at home in their residential kitchen, more safety on food cottage rules should be given.

Since the training is designed for retail food employees, some of the content isn’t always applicable to each person’s state cottage food law. But as more states loosen their regulations and start to allow more time-temperature control for safety (TCS) foods, the content should be more applicable.

It moved a bit too fast. I had to constantly stop and reverse to take notes. The content was good though.

The test was a little challenging
The test was a little more challenging than the other test that I took two years ago. It was a good test that covered the basic things you need to know.
