As someone who is coming from no food handling and/or food worker experience – the entire duration across the four modules proved to be coherent and efficient in detail. Every module covered what I would consider the most important, vital aspects of each part of food safety. It was quick, in the sense I completed this comfortably over the course of three days (with breaks and procrastination incorporated), and still retained everything. The end of the final test was perfect coverage of everything learned. And my certificate was sent immediately after. All in all, no complaints, and a whole lot of new skills learned!
