I found FoodSafePal’s online food handler course that is required for my own Texas Cottage Based bakery. It was easy to follow, understand and after each learning module I enjoyed the test questions. This helped me to learn the material quickly and retain the information presented.

I learned a lot from this course. It was not tedious and had a decent pace overall. Sometimes the parts that I was trying to take notes on moved on too fast but I just backed up for a repeat.

The class was very informative and didn’t take long. The test was right at the end, you didn’t have to wait for a link to complete. I also had a great experience with Customer Support. I accidentally purchased the course twice and they were very helpful with refunding one right away. Overall great experience with everything this company offers.

Great information presented in a way that makes it easy to understand and retain. The mini tests after each section were especially helpful. Take notes and you will do great on the final exam.

Overall the course is not too difficult to pass if you pay attention to just the temperature, food safety, hours of some food, and proper ways of cleaning the kitchen.
