FoodSafePal Food Handler Certificate Usage

You may refer to your certificate as a “FoodSafePal Food Handler Certificate” or “FoodSafePal Food Handler Card.” You may state that you are a recipient of a “FoodSafePal Food Handler Certificate” or “Card.” However, you and/or your managers may not imply or state that you are “certified,” “certificated,” “licensed,” “registered,” or “accredited.”

The certificate must not be tampered with, and no additional text or logos may be added to it. Additionally, certificates are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not impersonate others, share login credentials, attempt to bypass testing protocols, or misrepresent course completion. Violations may result in termination of access, invalidation of certificates, or other appropriate actions, including legal remedies.

Appeals

To submit an appeal regarding a certificate invalidation or other adverse decisions related to the certificate program, please contact us HERE. You will receive an email or letter outlining the outcome of your appeal within 30 days.
