Our Founder
FoodSafePal was created by Gavin Van De Walle, MS, RDN, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition and Food Science. Gavin founded FoodSafePal with one goal: to make accredited food safety certification accessible, transparent, and learner-first — giving workers and businesses a trusted alternative to industry-controlled training.
