It had a lot of information that will help me in my own business venture.
Easy to understand
I had been putting off getting my food handler’s certificate because I thought it would be difficult. I was wrong! The information is presented in an easy to understand way, and it kept my attention the entire time (no easy feat, I promise). There are four modules that are broken down into subjects with short quizzes along the way.
The pace was a little quick for me, but it is easy to pause or rewind the video.

Quick concise way to get certified
I’ve working in the food industry for well over 15 years. After taking a few years off, it was nice to have such a quick and informative way to get verified again. Great visuals and summary of all time and temps and all the things we should all know while working with and around food.

For a required training, I really didn’t mind it at all. The art style was entertaining, and the script was informative without being repetitive. The quizzes required that you pay attention to details, and thus actually helped with retention.

I’m a dishwasher not a cook or waitress
The test was fine, I learned some things I’ll never use being a dishwasher. Not sure why a dishwasher has to know food temps and holding temps when the dishwasher washes dishes and never cooks. I had to pass the test to keep my job, Lame. There needs to be something changed with these laws. The test was fine
